This notice identifies the protected brand and content used on the SKYBIKE launch website.

1. SKYBIKE materials

The SKYBIKE name, wordmark, product names, CoreRide terminology, product designs, photographs, video, interface, copy, graphics, software, and site arrangement are owned by or licensed to SKYBIKE and are protected by applicable trademark, copyright, design, and unfair-competition laws.

2. Permitted use

You may view and make a personal copy of transaction records and policy pages. No other license is granted. You may not reproduce, sell, scrape, republish, alter, reverse engineer, or use SKYBIKE materials to imply endorsement without written permission.

3. Third-party marks

Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Oceanpayment, Kickstarter, and other third-party names and logos belong to their respective owners. Their appearance describes compatibility or a referenced service and does not transfer any rights.

4. Reporting concerns

To report suspected infringement or request brand permission, email support@tryskybike.com with the relevant URL, the work or right involved, contact details, and a good-faith explanation.
