Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to the $1.00 USD digital Early Bird Reservation. Future SKYBIKE hardware has a separate return policy shown before that later purchase.

1. Reservation cancellation

You may request a full $1.00 USD refund within 14 calendar days after payment or any time before the founder credit is redeemed, whichever occurs first. Email support@tryskybike.com with the reservation ID and checkout email.

2. Automatic cancellation

If SKYBIKE cancels the founder offer without offering an equivalent eligible credit opportunity, the reservation price will be returned automatically to the original payment method.

3. Processing time

SKYBIKE normally reviews a complete request within three business days. After approval, the refund is submitted to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to post it.

4. Exceptions

A refund may be declined after the $100 USD founder credit has been redeemed, when the payment was already reversed or charged back, or where refund abuse or fraud is reasonably identified. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. Hardware returns

The $1.00 USD reservation does not include hardware. A later SKYBIKE product order will disclose its return window, condition requirements, return authorization process, return address, shipping responsibility, warranty, and refund timing before payment.
