Shipping Policy

The $1.00 USD Early Bird Reservation is a digital product. No physical shipment or shipping charge is part of this transaction.

1. Digital delivery

The reservation ID and receipt are sent to the checkout email after verified payment, normally within 15 minutes. Founder purchase instructions are sent separately before the target November 2026 founder window.

2. No shipping charge today

The reservation checkout has no parcel, delivery carrier, shipping fee, duty, or import tax. The order summary therefore displays Shipping: Not required.

3. Future hardware order

SKYBIKE hardware is purchased in a separate transaction. Before that payment, the product checkout will disclose eligible destination countries or regions, shipping methods, processing and transit estimates, delivery schedule, shipping price or free-shipping threshold, duties, taxes, and address restrictions.

4. Founder credit exclusions

The $100 USD founder credit applies only to an eligible SKYBIKE product price. It does not reduce shipping, duty, import tax, sales tax, accessories, or other excluded charges unless the future checkout expressly states otherwise.

5. Delivery questions

If the digital confirmation does not arrive, contact support@tryskybike.com using the checkout email. Include the approximate payment time; do not include complete card details.
