This policy explains how SKYBIKE handles personal information for the launch website, Early Bird Reservation checkout, payment confirmation, and founder communications.

1. Information we collect

We may collect your name, email, phone number, billing address, country or region, consent records, reservation ID, transaction status, payment identifier, limited card brand and masked card data returned by the processor, device information, IP-derived region, and site interactions needed to operate and protect the service.

2. Card information

Full card numbers and card security codes are entered on Oceanpayment's hosted checkout. SKYBIKE does not receive or store complete card credentials. Oceanpayment processes payment information under its own privacy and security obligations.

3. How we use information

We use information to create and confirm orders, prevent fraud, provide the $100 USD founder credit, send required transactional email, answer support requests, administer refunds, measure site performance, comply with law, and send launch marketing where permitted.

4. Sharing

We share only what is reasonably necessary with payment processors, hosting and database providers, transactional email providers, analytics and security vendors, professional advisers, and authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal information for money.

5. Retention and security

Order and consent records are retained for the period needed to provide the offer, handle disputes, meet accounting and legal requirements, and prevent abuse. We use encrypted transport, access controls, verified payment callbacks, and reasonable organizational safeguards.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. Transaction records may be retained where law or dispute prevention requires it. Marketing messages include an unsubscribe method.

7. Children and international processing

The checkout is not directed to children under 13. Information may be processed in countries other than your own using appropriate provider and contractual protections.
